Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

To return a product, you must ship it back to us at your own expense.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. A refund will only be issued if:

  • The product is in sellable condition, and

  • The product shows no signs of damage caused by improper use, modification, or mishandling.

If a returned product arrives with damage that affects its value or functionality:

  • No substitution will be provided.

  • No refund will be issued, or only a partial refund (covering repair costs) will be granted at our sole discretion.

2. Refunds for Unshipped Orders

If you request a refund while your order has been paid but not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.

3. Refund Processing & Timing

Once a refund is approved, we will process it as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by:

  • Banking processes on our side (e.g., payment processor holds), or

  • Banking processes on your side (e.g., your card issuer’s internal policies).

You will receive confirmation when the refund has been initiated.

4. International Shipping & Risk of Loss (ICC Incoterms 2020)

This section applies to all shipments, including untracked shipping methods.

All sales are governed by the ICC Incoterms 2020 rules. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all shipments are made under the terms of CPT (Carriage Paid To) the buyer’s shipping address.

Under CPT Incoterms 2020:

  • Risk of loss or damage to the products passes from us to you the moment we hand the products to the carrier (e.g., postal service, courier).

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undelivered packages after we have provided proof of handover to the carrier.

  • Your sole remedy for non-delivery is to file a claim directly with the carrier, or to purchase a tracked shipping method at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to these risk-of-loss terms.
